Oil, filters, grease, DOT inspections — the on-ramp every senior tech here drove through. Tool program loans you a starter box against payroll, night-shift premium if you want it, and we move PM techs onto diagnostics as fast as they can learn.

Driver's license

- Comfortable around heavy equipment and willing to follow lockout/tagout rules
